If you change your mind for any reason, or wish to return an unwanted gift, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original York Watch Co. packaging. Refunds will be sent to the original purchasers method of payment.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you'd like to exchange your watch for another model within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact us at YorkWatch@aol.com. You will receive the full credit of your amount paid towards the replacement watch. Excludes shipping of returned watch back to York Watch Co. and shipping of exchanged watch.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
York Watch Co. has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
